Meet Dr. Lauren White

Lauren is a passionate physical therapist with over 15years of diverse experience in pediatrics and neurological rehabilitation. She trained at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia immediately after graduating from Arcadia University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  Lauren then spent 10 years working at Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland, where she worked directly with both children and adults, as well as participating in clinical research and assistant teaching at the University of Maryland DPT program. She relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2018 and has been practicing as an outpatient physical therapist.

Lauren is a board certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist(PCS), and has expertise in the areas of neurologic recovery following injury/illness, pediatric development, gait analysis and treatment, as well as orthotic assessment and equipment recommendations. She is passionate about helping her patients reach their potential and achieve goals that are meaningful in their lives.

Lauren is married and has 3 young children and a labradoodle. She believes in practicing what you preach and promoting health and wellness as a lifestyle, both at home and in her physical therapy practice.  Movement is key to unlocking so many doors in life, and therefor "Life in Motion Physical Therapy, LLC" is a product of passion and drive to help clients improve their mobility and overall quality of life.
